FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Each package will have a specified guaranteed minimum of fully edited digital images. There is usually an option to purchase more.
What should we wear?
That's a great question! I'd be happy to do a quick phone consultation to help coordinate outfits based on your personalities, location, and the overall feel you're going for.
What’s the best time to have a session?
This depends on the look and feel you're going for. Golden hour is always a favorite, but I can also work with middle-of-the-day shade. Lighting is dynamic, so we'll choose a time that works best for your session and location.
What if it rains on the day of our session?
I'm not afraid of a little rain, so if you want to grab an umbrella, I'm totally in! If it's a true downpour or the weather becomes unsafe, we'll absolutely reschedule.
I don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that okay?
I hear you! Which is why I prefer to be behind it. Of course it's okay. I will help guide you through the shoot. I want this to be a laid back and friendly endeavor. After all, we are in this together.
How long until I get my photos?
Right now, my turnaround time is 2–4 weeks. As my schedule fills, turnaround times may vary slightly. I'll always give you an estimated delivery date when we book your session.
Do you travel?
I currently serve Oil City, Franklin, and surrounding areas. Sessions outside my normal service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. I'll let you know the exact fee before booking.
Do I get copyright/ownership of my photos?
No. I retain the copyright to all images. Your session includes a print release, which means you can print and share your images for personal use. I ask that you don't apply filters, alter, or retouch the images before sharing them.
What happens after I book?
Once you schedule your session, I'll be in touch with the details and anything we need to plan beforehand. We'll choose a location, talk about what you're looking for, and make sure you feel prepared before we meet. Then we just have fun and make some photos!
